The rental period begins on the agreed-upon delivery date and ends on the agreed-upon pickup date. Extended time beyond the pickup date will incur additional charges of $20 per day.
Rental Fee:
The Customer agrees to pay the Provider the agreed-upon rental fee for the dumpster rental.
Payment is due prior to or upon delivery of the dumpster unless otherwise specified in writing by the Provider.
Use of Dumpster:
The dumpster shall only be used for the purpose specified by the Customer at the time of rental. Any hazardous, toxic, or illegal materials must not be placed in the dumpster.
The Customer shall not overload the dumpster beyond its weight capacity or fill it above the specified level. Overloaded dumpsters may not be picked up, and additional fees may apply.
Dumpster Placement:
The Customer shall provide clear access to the delivery location for the dumpster.
The Customer is responsible for obtaining any necessary permits or approvals for the placement of the dumpster.
Customer’s Responsibility:
The Customer assumes all responsibility for the dumpster and its contents during the rental period.
The Customer shall not move the dumpster from its original placement without prior written consent from the Provider.
Damage or Loss:
The Customer is liable for any damage or loss to the dumpster during the rental period, except for ordinary wear and tear.
The Customer agrees to reimburse the Provider for any necessary repairs or replacement costs resulting from damage or loss caused by the Customer’s actions.
Prohibited Activities:
The Customer shall not tamper with or attempt to repair the dumpster.
The Customer shall not remove any identification or markings on the dumpster.
The Customer shall not use the dumpster in any manner that violates local, state, or federal laws.
Indemnification:
The Customer agrees to indemnify and hold the Provider harmless from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from the Customer’s use or misuse of the dumpster.
Termination:
Either party may terminate this Agreement with written notice if the other party breaches any of its obligations outlined in this Agreement.
In the event of termination, the Customer shall pay any outstanding fees and costs owed to the Provider.
Governing Law:
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Provider operates.
Entire Agreement:
This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the Customer and the Provider regarding the dumpster rental, and supersedes any prior agreements or understandings, whether written or oral.
By proceeding with the rental, the Customer acknowledges and agrees to the terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement.
